- How far in advance should I book?
- Holidays and summer fill first, so earlier is better. That said, I take last-minute and extended bookings whenever my calendar allows — just call (928) 800-2430.
- Do you watch the house too?
- Yes. While I'm staying, I bring in mail and packages, water plants, and keep the home looking lived-in — home watch at no extra charge during an overnight stay.
